This tarot card deck is my personal take on the original Rider-Waite deck. I wanted to lean into the evolution of my characters for this project and really showcase them as well as their fantastical environment. For these illustrations I incorporated background gradients and vibrant color mixing to give them a more luminescent quality.
Along with this project I was also able to carry it into my serigraphy class this semester. For my photo emulsion project I was able to replicate my digital design by mixing transparency and paint in a six layer screen print.
